Delivery Information

We give extra attention to every box of cigars we ship.

All our cigars are shipped with bands (rings), in original boxes and totally sealed, each box is packed in heavy cartoon and covered with plastic prior to shipping. This process ensures that your cigars will never arrive dry or damaged in any way.

The packages are reinforced to avoid any physical damage during shipping. The cigars are shipped via the local postal system or private couriers when is required.

Please note, some delays may occur beyond our control, for which OneCubanCigar will ask your patience, within reasonable.

All of our deliveries are guaranteed for damage and loss, postal packages can suffer delays that are beyond our control. The delays to packages that go past one month will be considered lost and will be replaced.

The international postal rules consider a package lost one month from the shipment date. We ask you to be patient in times when there are delays. Bombarding us with mails or calls will not speed up the delivery of your package.

OneCubanCigar will not guarantee deliveries in cases where tobacco products require special importation licenses or are not permitted, please be aware that you are responsible for knowing your local laws.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
